Was pretty disappointing considering the actual box didn't seem damaged. The glass is pretty thick and seems quite sturdy but mine arrived with the rim (the part of the glass you drink from) broken off from the rest of the glass. You do have to tip the glass quite a ways up as it uses the large area at the top to waterfall the contents down.
Also got a refund on the broken one. It looks a little silly but a straw is also an option. Looked like a great item and was excited when it arrived. Ordered another one and it came without any problems.
