It definitely does colour change, but you have to follow the instructions. Bought for my daughter's 7th birthday she loved it! It’s super fun.

Great for gifts They actually all work and my daughter loooooooves them. Its so cute We used a bunch of ice cubes in our water and then the color changing worked.
